Brokerage Services Group is led by Adam Evans, CFA, a financial-services leader with more than 20 years of experience across brokerage strategy, operations, risk, platform delivery, and international business development.

His career includes leadership roles with Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, and thinkorswim. Across those organizations, he has partnered with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to advance growth initiatives, improve operating capabilities, lead complex integrations, and address the realities of regulated brokerage businesses across multiple markets.

Adam’s experience includes building and operating a broker-dealer presence in Greater China; leading cross-border initiatives spanning Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States; guiding international clients through a major trading-platform integration; and developing process and technology improvements that strengthened client onboarding, funding, settlement, and service delivery.

The result is a consulting approach that balances strategic ambition with operational practicality. Recommendations are shaped by what will actually work inside a brokerage organization—across systems, processes, governance, controls, and people.
